Bring your running history into Runima
Import files from your running watch to track training load and performance over time. Compare the options below for Garmin, Amazfit, COROS, Suunto, Polar and Apple Watch. You upload files; Runima does not automatically sync your watch account.

Garmin imports are supported. Other options are experimental: you can import these files, but compatibility varies by watch, app and export. Check the results after importing.
Garmin
SupportedFiles: FIT, TCX, supported Garmin CSV reports or a full Garmin data export
Export runs from Garmin Connect, or request your full history from Garmin's data management page. Upload the files, ZIP or extracted folder.
Individual run files do not include daily recovery history. Use supported health reports or a full export for that data. Garmin CSV reports need English column names.
Open Garmin ConnectAmazfit / Zepp
ExperimentalFiles: Supported CSV files from an Amazfit / Zepp data export
In Zepp, open Profile → Settings → Exercising user rights → Export data. Request your date range, then upload the ZIP or extracted folder. Enter the ZIP password if asked.
Imports include run summaries, sleep, weight and daily activity where present. Heart-rate readings can add detail to matching runs and sleep. Choose the time zone used when the data was recorded. Missing GPS or heart-rate variability cannot be recreated.

ExperimentalFiles: Recorded runs as FIT or TCX; ZIP archives also work
Open a run in the COROS app, then choose Settings → Export Data. Use FIT when available. COROS Training Hub also offers bulk FIT exports for your history.
The available charts depend on the data in each workout file. These files do not include daily sleep or recovery history.
COROS export instructionsCOROS bulk export instructionsSuunto
ExperimentalFiles: Recorded runs as FIT
Open a run in the Suunto app, tap the three dots and choose Export FIT.
Export the recorded run, not a route-only GPX file. Pace, heart rate, cadence and laps depend on what the watch recorded.
Suunto export instructionsPolar
ExperimentalFiles: Recorded runs as FIT or TCX; ZIP archives also work
On the Polar Flow website, open Diary, select a run and choose Export. Use FIT when available, or TCX.
Polar CSV exports are not supported. Workout files do not include your full daily health history.
Polar export instructionsApple Watch
ExperimentalFiles: Apple Watch runs exported as FIT through another app
Use an iPhone app such as HealthFit to export recorded Apple Health runs as FIT, then upload the files to Runima.
HealthFit is a paid third-party app. The Runima website cannot read Apple Health directly. Apple Health export.zip and XML files are not supported.

ExperimentalFiles: Recorded running activities as FIT or TCX
If your watch app exports recorded runs as FIT or TCX, you can try those files. Check the imported dates, measurements and warnings.
Huawei, Samsung and Fitbit exports have not been verified. GPX routes and other brands' health archives are not supported. A compatible file format does not guarantee that every measurement is available.
About FIT filesWhat each file type can show
| File type | What you can see | Limits |
|---|---|---|
| FIT or TCX run | Pace, heart rate and lap details, if recorded | Daily sleep and recovery data need separate files |
| Garmin activity CSV or Zepp running summary | Run totals and average values | A summary alone cannot show second-by-second pace or heart rate |
| Supported Garmin or Zepp health export | Sleep, heart rate and other health history included in the export | Available measurements and dates vary by platform and report |
Export your files, then upload to Runima
To import your history:
- Export your recorded runs or supported health reports using the instructions for your platform.
- In Runima, open Dashboard → Import. Add individual files, a supported ZIP export or an extracted folder.
- Check the imported dates and any warnings about missing data before using the charts.
Importing the same run again can add detail without adding a duplicate. When matching file types differ, Runima prefers FIT data. Time zone settings matter when a file does not record its own time offset.
