Runima structured running plan with weekly load projections and session paces

How to share training with a coach

As a runner, you control access:

  1. Import your running files. Check the dates, heart-rate settings and available data.
  2. Create a sharing link in Runima and send it to your coach.
  3. Your coach opens the link to view your training. They do not need an account.
  4. Turn off or replace the link whenever you want to change access.

Anyone with an active link can see the shared training. Keep it private and turn it off if it reaches the wrong person. Runima tells search engines not to list shared views.

Look at more than the weekly total

Two weeks can cover the same distance but include very different runs. Check long runs, effort and recent training before planning next week together.

Training load forecasts help you compare plans. A planned run is not proof that your body can handle that distance. Use distance warnings as a reason to review the plan, not as medical advice.

How Runima compares run distances and sets planning limits

What you can share and change

Runima supports weekly plan templates, workout paces and forecasts of training load. Optional distance limits can change generated workouts. Workouts entered by a coach get warnings, not automatic changes.

This is read-only sharing, not a workspace for managing several athletes. Coaches cannot edit data or chat through the link. Discuss changes directly with the runner, using your coaching judgement and medical advice when needed.
